MINI is giving its fans the details that they have been waiting for on the JCW Countryman. MINI Winter Park drivers have been won over by the vehicle’s good looks, but now MINI has the technical stats to back them up, and they don’t disappoint.
For the first time, the John Cooper Works Countryman will be equipped as standard with a four-wheel drive system and powered by a new turbocharged four-cylinder engine. These additions make it possible to achieve a smooth, high performance drive on any terrain.
This new engine technology will produce 208 horsepower. It’s also engineered to be as efficient as possible. MINI has employed MINIMALISM technology to keep fuel consumption and emissions to impressively low standards, especially given the higher performance nature of this vehicle.
The automaker’s new ALL4 all-wheel-drive system is pretty impressive. It distributes drive seamlessly between the front and rear axle. Power is always sent to the wheels where it can most effectively propel the vehicle forward. This MINI takes performance to a new level.
Of course, MINI will be allowing drivers to customize this vehicle to their liking. Additions include 19-inch alloy wheels, sports seats with Lounge Leather trim in Carbon Black Championship Red, and interior trim stripes and Sport Stripes in Chili Red.
At Fields Orlando MINI, we love to see MINI pushing the limits of its vehicles. While MINI cars always offered a smooth ride, the engine in the JCW Countryman takes performance to the next level.
