If MINI fans had their way, MINI stores would span the globe. With the automaker’s recent announcement, fans are one store closer to their wish. MINI is increasing its involvement in the Middle East and has opened a store in Jordan. Now, there’s one more location drivers can get their MINI service. Winter Park owners might be wondering, why Jordan?
Looking at MINI growth in the region, it’s not really that surprising whatsoever. In 2011, MINI posted a 77 percent sales increase in the Middle East. It’s clear drivers there are falling in love with MINI vehicles, just like the rest of the world. MINI is now represented in more than 100 countries.
The store will be located in the Jordan capital of Amman. Residents will have a great selection of MINI vehicles to choose from including the MINI Countryman, MINI Clubman and MINI Convertible, among others. All models will be available in MINI Cooper and MINI Cooper S variants.
What does this news mean to US MINI fans? It means that their favorite automaker is growing, both geographically and in sales. And a bigger, more global MINI means the automaker will continue to innovate and attempt to please its ever-growing fan base. At Orlando MINI, we’re glad to see MINI expanding and bringing its fantastic vehicles to new audiences.
