In the automotive industry, it’s never too early to start speculating over an automaker’s next generation lineup. For drivers of the 2011 MINI Cooper Countryman, Winter Park motorists, and MINI fans alike, exciting rumors are currently brewing. Photos are already surfacing of the 2014 F56 MINI, and the pictures aren’t heavily camouflaged either. So we can already see what’s in store for future MINI drivers.
Here’s what the photos show: It has five lug wheels, a slightly larger front overhang, tail-lamps mounted flush with the hatch, and plastic wheel arches. One aspect we can’t be sure about yet is the front or rear lights. They are disguised so no one can see their final form.
But that’s not all. People are catching sight of Countryman Coupe prototypes as well. These models are sticking close to the Paceman Concept with the wheels, side scuttles, roof line, and the familiar Countryman face.
We’re still not quite sure what to expect of this model beyond these brief glimpses.
At Fields Orlando MINI, we’re always excited to see what new vehicles MINI has in store for drivers. Since these two models are still a ways away, we encourage everyone interested in a MINI to come check out our selection of equally alluring vehicles.
